If you are having a birthday party here be warned that all of your guests will be required to create a username and password with address and phone number so that they can spam you with information. When their system gets hacked, you’ll be responsible for leaking tons of information. Be warned. Apparently we live in a world where displeasure for a policy can’t be expressed. The staff was rude. When I returned to pick up my child they tried intimidating me with 3 police officers on the parking lot.

Horrible customer service. Coaches for littles are very young and my daughter spent most of the time sitting and waiting. Also, week 2 my daughter got hurt and the coaches were too busy talking they didn´t even know she was crying or that she walked off the floor over to me. When I expressed my concerns, they were super snotty.
