Me: i noticed you read my last message yet never responded. I´m sending you another message in hopes you do not ignore me. I paid amaya M. fees all up front for the season. It has been brought to my attention that the venuse are giving a full refund. Amaya was on a half year team and did not get the opportunity to perform at any competition this year. I would like to know when the refunds will be credited back to my credit card. Thank you and have a great day.

.We just got back in the office. We are working on it and will have something for you by end of week.

Me: The end of the week has passed it´s now Sunday. I expect a refund on competition fees. I have been extremely patient. As i stated previously I am fully aware the venues have given full refund on competition fees. I paid for competition fees with a credit card. I never recived these services. I would rather work this out with you before I have to contact credit card company.

Battle born: A check for $155 will be mailed out today to the address on file. If that address has change please let me know. Thanks!

Me: That address has changed. The new … Fernley nv 89408. However, 155.00 does not seem to match what I have on record for 3 competition fees?

Me:I´m gonna assume your unwilling to work this out and give me a refund for all 3 comps. I will be contacting credit card company to help resolve this issue.

Battle born: A refund of $155 was sent out. This includes the 3 comp fees minus the administrative fees associated with processing these and the last minute showcase that replaced one of the competitions. We have done our best to refund what we can while our competitors have not made any refunds or have only provided credits. If you prefer a credit for the 3 comps we can do that. In the meantime if you feel you need to go to your credit card company I will await the dispute and inform them of the situation.

Me: While I did not agree to a last min showcase. nor, was there any mentioning of administration fees. I am entitled to a complete refund. I did pay upfront for services not rendered. I do know what other gyms are offering. however, I was not in agreement with any other gym other then battle born. I will make it very clear with others interested in doing business with you that this is how you conduct your self.
