CSA is the only place where they offer an adult Gymnastics class in the concord area, possibly the Bay Area. I have been unable to find another gym. Zach, the owner has helped me achieve gymnastics skill I thought I would never have been able to accomplish. He is very knowledgeable in the sport and in different tactics to achieve the skills one desires. I have spent over a year going to his adult class and I highly recommend it to all who want to learn gymnastics at any age!

My two boys love coming to California Strong Athletics. My youngest started out at East Bay Gymnastics next door, which was great for little ones. But I knew that if he wanted to advance, he´d have to be in a place that specializes in boys gymnastics, which California Strong does. My older one wanted to try out gymnastics and really took to it after one lesson at California Strong. Zach and his team do a really great job and I´m impressed with the awards they take home.
