Over the two years we attended this gym I watched my child´s (age 5-7) mental health completely deteriorate. She was bullied, laughed at, hit in the face during an awards ceremony leaving a bruise on her, and was purposely excluded multiple times. The moms have toxic cliques, they talk about other peoples kids in lobby in front of everyone. I was told I was a terrible mom by our team mom because I didnt force my child to wear what she wanted her to wear for a photo shoot. The “team bonding” consisted of 6/7 year old girls being yelled at to smile a pose for a photo shoot while some moms were allowed to be there and others were forced out. This gym is the most toxic as they come. I was in and out the owners offices multiple times telling them what was going on, telling them my concerns, saying it needed to be addressed. All I ever got was “we didn´t see anything so we cant do anything”. We literally had moms fighting each other at NCA IN FRONT OF THE KIDS resulting in another girl quitting off the team. We had a team mom walking around telling everyone that she was best friends with the coaches and the owners so she is untouchable, and honestly she was 1000% correct. I finally threw in the towel when I watched my daughter post season preform a dance they were taught in front of the other girls and no one clapped for her. She ran off crying and the coaches told her that if she doesnt stop crying then she can leave practice. She came out bawling her eyes out not understanding at all. I paid these people to completely destroy her self esteem. Never again. I can not tell you how much BETTER it has been when I took her to another gym. I did not realize how bad this place was until I saw other gyms being run better. Yes they win, but at what cost to you kids? It is not worth it. I promise other gyms around here win as well.

Very friendly, welcoming staff. My daughter doesnt attend yet she just had her 1st visit.
