My daughter was participating in a competition Sunday and her routine was absolutely flawless and no I’m not saying this just because she’s my daughter I was expecting at least one or two mistakes because their kids! No there was no mistakes made! Yet the Petersburg”Ettrik” cheer squad who had three blatant mistakes along with a shoe flying off, a stunt girl, never leaving the ground, and one of the girls stepping off of the mat, which is a deduction! Won! Not second place, not third place, but they won! How? Their routine was nothing but dance moves., and “step team routines”, and this is the same squad that two years ago was almost disqualified because they had little girls Twerking during their routine that is not allowed!, My heart broke for my daughters squad. They had worked so hard, and were so dedicated to being flawless. There’s an obvious bias here, and it’s absolutely shameful, my daughter will not be returning to this organization, and from what I’ve heard from a lot of teams they are second-guessing returning next year, either make the competitions fair, or just don’t have them! I also think it’s kind of ironic that the same squad who just won are the same squad who threatened to sue this organization because the last couple of years when they didn’t win? accused this organization of racial discrimination, coincidence? I don’t think so

I use to do fame and I didn’t learn anything after 4 months and I still couldn’t do a new skill, but I decided to try cheer challenge and I have learned a skill less than a month I really recommend this place
