I just want to thank Matt and the entire CFC community for welcoming me with open arms. I was a newbie and they made CrossFit so accessible. Matt, Renee, Austin, and Colton were hands on with feedback and adjustments that helped me navigate movements despite old injuries. I felt strong again after years of being afraid to go hard in the gym! I recently left NC due to personal circumstances and my biggest regret is leaving CFC. Matt was gracious and supportive when it came to canceling my membership. All in all, an amazing community. If you’re wondering about joining, I highly recommend regardless of your background or level of fitness. Do it!! 😊

Great small town feel with a cool atmosphere. Matt (the owner) is super cool and so are the trainers. I enjoyed my time there and look forward to going back in the future…right now I am going to save that chunk of money each month.
