Very upset with this company. I signed my daughter up before our trial, my boggest mistake. I didn´t want it too fill up. I paid the first month and registration fee. We did the trial and decided it was just too far away for us. I requested a cancel through the parent portal, have sent an email, and called everyday leaving voicemails for a week. I have not heard back!!! It´s absolutely ridiculous. Also the voicemail is not ever sent up. It goes right to a automated number. Very unprofessional. They will take your money, don´t come here!!!!!! It´s ridiculous and they are crooks.

They took my money without providing services, were unresponsive, and would not give a refund despite not providing classes that they advertise online! I enrolled my son online for Crowned Elite´s hip hop class based on the great reviews and scheduled him to start the class three days later. The day before the class I received an email stating that class that week was canceled for that week and the next but could be made up. I tried calling to get more information about the class times and structure but received no call back. Shortly after the first email I received another email stating that the teacher was apart of the Savannah Bananas and the schedule would be even more interrupted. I emailed back and got a response with Coach Kat´s number. I promptly called and left a message but received no call back. After a week I tried again and left another message but again received no call back. I finally got ahold of Shazi, the owner, who apologized me and assured me I would be given a refund but that only Coach Kat could do it. She said she would have Coach Kat call me back immediately and issue the refund. It has now been six weeks. No one has contacted me, I have not received a refund or had any information about classes, and there are no options for booking make up classes online.
Edited to add that only after posting this review I was contacted and received my refund.
