We went to cookies with the Grinch. It was WONDERFUL. The kids had a blast and they have many helpers on the floor so the parents can relax while the kids use a ton of energy and have fun. I hope they do more events like this in the future!

We´ve been so pleased with the coaching staff at Defy, especially Shannon and Morgan. They are always willing to work with us on schedule issues, getting skills up to where they need to be, and the girls feel empowered and encouraged by them. They let us try as many classes as we needed to feel comfortable signing up long-term. They do a great job managing everything they have to deal with – kids, parents, practice space, etc.
