Drills: Arms & Legs Up & Over

Athletes will start from a power hurdle. The athletes hands will be placed in between two obstacles. The first obstacle is used so that the athlete has to reach out rather than reaching down. The second obstacle is so the athlete has to travel up and over rather than piking down. The obstacle can be a mat, a barrel or any other mat. Use what you have and be creative!
