A year and a half. That’s how long we wasted here before realizing the owner is all talk and doesn’t provide results. On the competition gymnastics team there is horrible use of the time, little organization and lack of time on any apparatus. The owner and primary coach pontificates while kids sit and fidget, then he spends some time with a few favorites, the rest of the kids are generally ignored. After changing gyms our 12 year old has four new skills in four weeks and has improved dramatically. We’ve had several gymnasts in our family, we’ve seen many gyms, wife and daughters have coached competitive gymnastics…this is one to avoid.

The staff was rude and unsociable towards the children. They charge you an outrageous amount and think they can control how you do your birthday party. We paid for the zip line as an extra and they wanted to only give us very little time for what they charge. They don’t interact with the children just sit there and yell at them telling them they can’t play on things. Will absolutely never use this location for a birthday party again. Not worth the price.

Let me also add that when they told me that our time was about up for the zip line and there were still kids for our party that wanted to do it I told them I paid for this service we will continue to use it until we are done. The girl putting on the harnesses got angry about it and just continued to yell up to them complaining about how we wanted to do OUR party. Then when she had enough of doing it decided to just walk away and sit up at the front. Owner came to talk to me I had asked her not to do it right now because there were kids here she insisted. We talked and I explained how I had paid for it and I was going to use it but the lady she had doing the stuff was just completely rude towards us. She said we should have gotten a schedule but I was never told any sort of schedule about anything. Just a start and end time for the party and what we had as extras. While we’re standing there talking about the issues her girl just starts shooing all the kids out of the gym from playing. We didn’t care about opening presents right then just wanted our daughter to have fun with her friends while all they cared about was getting us out and doing things their way instead of making the parents satisfied with their child’s party and the money they spent.
