My 3.5 year old son has been taking the 3 year old class with Coach Maddie for the past few months. He loves it. Coach Maddie is so patient and fun for the young kids. The class is 45 minutes which if you have a 3 year old, you know that is about as long as they can focus. They do a different planned routine each week. It can consist of floor time, bars, rope swing, trampoline, wall ladders, low and high beams and stretching. There is a large waiting/watching area if you want to stay. We are very happy to get some of the wiggles out while he also learns balance, positions, equipment and focus. Each week he looks forward to it.

This is my daughter’s second gym, and she has been here for a year. The environment is so incredibly positive and supportive, which is the most important aspect, in my opinion. She has fun but works hard too – constantly challenged to try new skills and improve her existing basics. The coaches work hard on teaching confidence, and I’ve seen huge growth in my child since moving. Coach Allison and coach Katie (and all the coaches my daughter has worked with) are incredible! So thankful we were given the opportunity to make the switch last year!!
