We´d had a few decent events at GAB, but when our 7-year-old took a class there, their true colors showed. In the interest of brevity, here are the lowlights:
1. They put her in a class with four more experienced girls, all of whom knew each other – and the “coach” subsequently ignored those girls making fun of our daughter for not knowing as much.
2. When we brought this to the manager´s (Keri) attention, they validated our concerns:
“Both the coach and I had to stop the class and talk to them about their behavior several times.”
But their suggested solution was to move our daughter out of the class instead of continuing to make the other children improve their behavior. When I mentioned a partial refund, she couldn´t get off the phone quickly enough.
3. We followed up about this numerous times, and after speaking to us twice, Keri stopped returning our calls. Eventually, we had leave work to visit the business in-person – only to be told that it would be best if they gave us a refund for the remainder of the class (but NOT the poor first few classes) and that she stopped attending.

It is very clear that GAB is more interested in money than in helping build kids´ confidence and manners. We won´t be sending any more business their way, and advise others to stay away.
