They need to work on their customer service, especially when it comes to helping out a parent when theirs been no communication and making students have a bad experience… coaches are good but the front desk people need to fix their attitude and attend a customer service class or something.

I can´t believe this place is in business, lack of customer service, actually none at all. No callbacks or response to messages, even showed up when the website said they were open to find they were not open yet. My 6 year old and I were looked at from the person inside and not acknowledged, she just turned around and went about her business like we didn´t exist. Very Rude! A simple you´re going to have to come back or even a returned phone call would have been nice. Ended up going to Gymnastics Pacifica and had a great experience! Take your children and money elsewhere.
