My daughter loves going Manakoa Gymnastics! The coaches are extremely patient and take the time to work with every child in the class. Don’t shy away from the small space as they plan activities thoughtfully to rotate kids through different stations. I don’t live close by but definitely worth the drive and investment!

My husband I took the adult class for about a year and had a great time. We loved Coach Sarah. Her enthusiasm, kindness, and support made each class a safe space to try new things. We looked forward to class each week and felt that it was challenging but not too challenging where it was intimidating. Instructions were always clear and I liked that she had us watch, practice together, and on our own. What was really nice about the class was that each week we’d work on a different event, so it was never the same class/ exercises.
