They barely even stretched and they were doing random things like straight jumps across the floor and she was not teaching them any technique and they were doing nothing fun👎🏻

We have been here 4 years now and we love it! The staff is very knowledgeable and skilled in their instruction. I feel like my daughter is always safe. They really care individually for their gymnasts and it shows, my daughter trusts them and so do I and that is vital in a sport like gymnastics. Because they spend time developing that trust they have really been able to help my daughter and all the gymnasts reach their goals and continue to reach their highest potential​. It´s a very inviting family oriented atmosphere which we love. Everyone is so welcoming and supportive. When we made the jump from rec to team I felt so included and involved immediately. It´s been a rewarding experience we plan on continuing.
