Parkour is perfect for My daughter who has so much energy to burn. 😜 my three year old has been taking the mindful movement class she has already learned so much and gained so much strength in just a few weeks. I love Nanette’s style at method sports and wellness. 🤸‍♀️ she incorporates yoga to help build core strength. 🧘‍♀️ She is so great with my girls and has so much fun with them, they absolutely love her. 💕 My three year old saw this picture and said “my friend, nastics” so wonderful that they consider her their friend. When they see her outside of the studio they will run to give her a hug. She really is the best! #bentliehopecarn #carnoctober2020 #methodgymnastics #parkourtraining

We absolutely love this place! My daughter goes 3 days a week for her mindful movement class. I´m always so impressed with how Nanette structures her classes. Not only are they structured to help children develop physically, but they also learn breathing and so much more. It´s such a well rounded program. I truly recommend this program for all little kids ❤️
