What can I say about NY Icons? This program is incredible! From the minute you step inside the gym, you feel like you are a part of a family. My daughter loves going to practice and being with everyone at Icons. Her coaches push her to be the best cheerleader she can be and they are supportive and loving when she needs an extra confidence boost. Heather is so knowledgeable about the cheer world and it shows in the teams that her and the coaches produce! Every time Icons steps on the mat, you are in for a show!! Aside from being fierce on the mat, the coaches at Icons teach their athletes life lessons that they will use throughout their lives. Perseverance, resilience and courage are some of qualities that athletes gain from the experiences they are given with NY Icons. We could not ask for a better gym, surrounded by the best people to show our daughter what all-star cheerleading is all about. She loves being an Icon!! ⭐️

New York Icons is a second home to my daughter and I. While coaching and cheerleading have been a staple in my own life for decades, it has been even more rewarding being a mom of an Icons cheerleader and watching her develop as an athlete in this sport.
I have had first hand experience and knowledge of Rochester cheerleading and what is available to the public. With that comes the ability to make smart choices for my daughter´s growth. I can say without a shadow or a doubt that NY Icons embodies the coaching staff, values, and culture we want for ourselves. When you are on an Icons team you get superior instruction, high expectations and standards from your coaches, and above all, a loving and caring community of like-minded people to support you and help you become more than you even knew you could be. The friends we have made are priceless. We have made lifelong bonds that will stand the test of time all while shaping the mental toughness, physicality, and the development of a strong cheer I.Q.
We are grateful for our home away from home and look forward to many more years with our cheer family.
