This was our first time here. We went in with a desire to get information for my 5 yrs old daughter. As soon as we walked in, the guy there (I don’t even know his name since he didn’t introduce himself) said “This is a drop-off and I’m telling you because she looks shy and I don’t if she is going to handle this” Reallyyyyyyy????? First, how do you know how my daughter is?? Second, she was really excited to see the place … and he said all of that in front of her. Third she had just woken up from a nap and was still waking up… The interaction was very disappointing. I would recommend this person and the business to have better side manners and welcoming environment.
