Expect to pay for an extra month AFTER unenrolling your child. I tried to contact a manager to discuss a better solution back in the very beginning of November, and no response was made. You can ONLY talk to someone if you show up …

I don’t know how this place stays open for the lack of communication they have. I have been trying to reach someone to schedule a make up session since October. No return phone calls, no response to emails, no one is ever at the front desk when we go on Friday evenings. Beyond frustrating.
