They have poor customer service. I called ahead of time to notify my kid wants to renew the next session. They did not take the payment and did not notify me either. After talking to rep and the manager confirmed that she will be added on waiting list. Called to follow up in a week: still waiting on list. Called again my daughter is no longer on waiting list. They don’t keep notes and communicates to the parents. I had an awful experience 😙

My daughter is 7 and she has been here since 3. She loves it!!! They have so many class option. The staff is super friendly. Huge gym!!!
