Synergy is one of only 2 gyms in the entire Valley to offer any sort of adult gymnastics access. It’s a loosely structured open gym, but there’s always at least one coach available to help you.

*there are also low-pressure competitive opportunities throughout the year if your heart is still in it 🫶

My baby was at the top of the waiting list for the mommy and me class that is free if your under 18 months old. We were waiting until more babies were signed up so the Gym could “justify” paying a teacher for a class the Gym wouldn´t be making any money off of. My sister just came home to inform me that she learned the class has been going on for a few months now and they didn´t call/email to let me know, even though we were on the top of the waiting list. My daughter is only 15 months old currently and they are saying I will have to pay if I want her to join. We will be paying to join, but at a different gym since this is how they like to conduct themselves and have no care for how a waiting list works.
