My wife and I really love the culture this gym provides. They focus on teaching movement, technique, and routines with fun and discipline.

The discipline gauge depends on the class/age of the kid. As a father I approve of this gym´s systems and processes.

My daughter´s has grown so much athletically and personally. She trusts the staff and the coaches, she feels comfortable.

If you seek structure and personal growth, regardless of age, this is your place.

We have been coming here for a couple years now and they have become likely family. We are treated well and the coaches are excellent at instructing my 2 girls in ways that they understand. The competitive team and coaching is very welcoming and inclusive. I highly recommend The American Dream Gymnastics to all my friends.
