Our girls love The Kids Gym! Their skills have improved and they are so excited to go every week! The staff is super friendly and you can tell they love what they do! Highly recommend.

Unfortunately I’m giving 1 star based on the policies that are in place for gym membership cancellation. There are no refunds. In our case I asked to cancel 3 days into February because our family has been passing around some sort of virus I knew we wouldn’t be able to attend most of this short months classes (we had not been to any classes for the month of February). The make up policy is also a bit out of the ordinary, you have to plan to miss and mark your absence before class otherwise you’re not able to make up the class. I understand needing to maintain income in a business but the fact that they will just take my money and force us to continue to come to class or just call it a loss feels like bad business to me. We’ve been going to this gym for about a year and have supported their trunk or treat efforts and purchased sweatshirts from them, so the total lack of regard definitely stings.
