From a program standpoint, this place is great. Instructors are kind and they are wonderful with the kids. There is no much in terms of structure or stability. Instructors seem to be an evolving door. Where they fail is organization. They have a class on Monday nights from 3-4:30, and then my daughter´s class from 4:30-5:30. When she started, there was no class before hers but they added one. There is absolutely no transition time between classes. Why can´t they schedule a 10-15 minute gap between classes to allow people to leave and the parents for the next class to arrive? There are multiple families that have kids in both classes and they take all the tables and chairs. When we pay 100$/month for a class, they could at least ensure there is enough seating for the parents. There are less tables and chairs than there used to be. Not sure if we are over-filling the classes or what, but is absolutely ridiculous to not have a seat while our children are in a class. We will be canceling and leaving for this reason. It is extremely frustrating. I got here 25 minutes early and still didn´t have a place to sit.

My daughter absolutely adores this place and has learned so many new skills! Unfortunately the new “unleashed brands” is a pain and ruined the vibe.. also for the bad reviews saying “chaos” and “they don´t watch your kids”
Toddlers are chaos.. and you should be watching & correcting your child to be kind to others and wait in line.. the teachers are all amazing people not miracle workers. ✨️ this is a 12/10 gem we are sad to be moving on.
