I registered for a class and was not aware of how to cancel so now they will not give me a refund for a class that has not started yet. Wow. Now I have to go through my bank in order to receive my money back.

Update: You guys respond to say that you hope to see me my daughter in a class that haven’t started yet just because you were able to take my money. Unbelievable.

Decided to come to Peach Pit after a failed attempt at trying another gymnastics gym.

Pros:
– Management and staff are friendly
– Easy scheduling

Cons:
– No tracking or feedback of child progress
– Cleanliness of the bathroom is less to be desired
– No communication when a sub is filling in for a coach. There was one incident where our girls were standing in the lobby waiting on their coach and the coach never showed up. We got the guy to help us who then notified a coach in the back that she was the sub. After waiting 15 min the sub coach came out. She did not apologize to us (parents or kids) nor did she acknowledge the tardiness or confusion on scheduling.

We will give Peach Pit another try for the upcoming 2023-2024 season with hopes of improvements.
