First of all, God is in this place. The owners trust Him to guide every decision and as someone who tries to do the same, that means a lot to me.
Second, the staff truly believe in every athlete they ever coach and invest in them and their past, present, and future.
It’s a place that will become like a second home for your child and that’s what you want in the cheer world. They’ve worked tirelessly to grow it to the successful program it is.

Been apart of this gym since 2011! Cheering and dancing then became a coach in 2015! This gym has become my FAMILY! The atmosphere of 3TA is unmatched by any other gym in the capital region. 3TA cares about each individual that steps foot into their doors. They’re not just a number, they’re a person who we see as family that wants to improve their skills in the sport we all love. Highly recommend it here, I promise you won’t be disappointed!! 💙🧡
