I can´t say enough good things about TUF Academy Dance and Fitness Studio—it´s not just a gym; it´s a fitness family. From the moment I stepped in, I felt welcomed and embraced by a community that truly cares about its members. Nate, the owner and trainer, and his brother Joe exemplify what it means to be down-to-earth and genuinely invested in the well-being of their clients.

Nate, a veteran, brings a unique approach to fitness, combining discipline with compassion. What sets TUF Academy apart is its inclusivity. Unlike some gyms where you might feel intimidated, here, there´s no pressure to look like you´ve been working out for years even when they’re experienced members. It´s a space where everyone feels comfortable, no matter their fitness level.

This is hands down my favorite gym in Saint George. What makes it special is the personal touch. Nate took the time to understand my fitness goals and, drawing on his extensive experience, tailored a plan that suits my needs. The one-on-one conversation made me feel seen and heard, a level of attention I´ve honestly never experienced at any other gym.

The Body Workout classes, and Zumba classes are fantastic! They strike the perfect balance between challenging and fun. The class schedule is remarkably accommodating, even for someone with a hectic medical school schedule like mine. I can confidently say for the first time that I can make it to a class each day.

And the little things matter too. When I joined, I got a photo with Nate and had the chance to sign their fridge. It might seem like a small gesture, but it made me feel like I´m not just a member; I´m part of the TUF Academy story. I´m genuinely looking forward to growing with them as their gym expands.

If you´re looking for a gym that cares about your journey, TUF Academy is the place to be. It´s not just a workout; it´s an experience, and I can´t wait for my next session!

I´d give 10 stars if I could.
The instructor is amazing…so encouraging and vivacious. I feel encouraged and motivated to keep pushing even when I´m not in class. So much better than having a personal trainer.
We all know it feels great to get back in shape, so if that´s what you´re looking for, go here and have fun doing it!
If your torn choosing between a gym membership or TUF Academy, choose TUF Academy, it is so much better in my opinion.
