My child had fun and learned some basic beginner skills. However, we were extremely disappointed with the lack of staff interaction. There were no introductions, no one ever spoke with us or updated us on progress, and you can barely see your child during class. We felt that it was not a very “friendly” environment….my child never even knew the instructors name. Could be better if there was more interaction.

Stopped attending in January and they decided to continue to charge my card. After several re-assurances month after month that I would not be billed any longer, they keep billing me. Almost to $300 dollars for no services received. Also, they have stated there is nothing they can do about the past payments. There is a roster & verification that she was not in the class. When will it stop? Your guess is as good as mine.
