Dynamics has gone down hill. They have turned their back on the rec girls. There’s a large turnover with the coaches and there are very few good coaches left. My daughter still doesn’t have a consistent coach on Blaze. The winter showcase was a complete disaster. They never allowed the girls to practice their floor routine with the music. They had girls running through the floor routine instead of waiting for an appropriate time, one of the judges was twirling in front of the audience blocking everyone’s view of our kids beam routine. They made all of the blaze parents sit on one side then they had the blaze kids finish with their salutes and picture taking in front of the firecracker parents. So not only could the blaze parents not take picture of their gymnast, these poor girls were facing an audience who was not there for them. It was just so poorly run and I wish there was an adult to step in but it was run by high school kids.

One of the coaches was super fun and friendly to the other girls but wasn´t with our daughter and made her feel left out to the point it ruined her whole time. And that she wanted to leave early. When I asked if I could speak to that coach that maybe she didn´t realize she was doing she said no. And I explained what happened and they were super dismissive and didn´t even care that it happened wasn´t apologetic or anything. These coaches are instrumental in their development and how they perceive adults and to have them not care about the treatment of seven year olds. It´s not okay. It should be a safe space for young girls not only their bodies but their minds as well. Shame on them.
