HiGHLY recommend the adult classes. Coach Paul is an amazing trainer!! The Thursday classes have such a large group of people of all ages who are all supportive. My daughter takes classes here as well. She has progressed and doing well in a short time. She loves coming weekly.

Okay, when my grand daughter went here, she loved it, she wanted to go here forever, but unfortunately, we moved so she couldn´t go back for a while, she was really upset about not being able to go, she is turning 13 this year. If you remember, her name is Leah S. She loved the staff members and they loved her, her dad was going to see about getting her back in and she is excited!
