I attempted to sign my daughter up for classes. I called and left 3 messages over a 3 week timeframe before someone finally called me back. They committed to emailing me private lesson options the next day, and another week past with no communication. I called again after another week and finally was emailed private lesson times. I responded with the time that worked best, and we had a good first lesson.

We go back this week only to find out they signed us up for 1 individual lesson.

What a joke! The communication from this company is horrible, the service they provide their customers is horrible. The facility smells like must and is dirty. I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with this joke of a company.

PS – After wasting an hour and a half of my day (45 minute drive one way) driving to the nasty place for nothing, I called another company, they answered (imagine that!), provided me all of the information for their classes and got my daughter enrolled. That’s the way it should be.

I am on an All-Star Cheer team and take a class at Dayton Academy. Everyone is very respectful and treated as an equal. Joining All-Star Cheer there made me very nervous, but the team eased my mind right away during my evaluation. Ever since, I´ve never once had a problem with Dayton Academy. My sister was on the gymnastics competition team a few years ago before covid, so our family has been coming here for awhile. We have absolutely no complaints.
