Before we moved from California, we did our research when finding a Cheer gym. From the beginning, the Gym Owner became family. Delta Force (formerly Rockstar), has been my daughter’s gym for the past two years as we now enter season 3. There is no other local gym that she would want to cheer at and she loves her Coach Taryn. Within the last 2 yrs, she and her teammates, have EARNED 1st place at Summit 2022 & 1st place at NCA for 2023, along with numerous other titles. She has crossed on double teams for the past two years and chose not to do so this year. The coaches will place athletes on the teams where they think the athlete will do best skill wise- emotionally, mentally and physically. They will also listen and honor if the athlete chooses not to cross over or desires to cross over for the following season. The gym owner has always made herself available to meet and has always been upfront with prices with regards to tuition cost and/or the cost of competitions, whether they are local or out of state. However, I believe the best part of this cheer gym is, the owner makes sure that the athletes and their DFA parents, are always 100% supportive and respectful of all cheer gyms (local or not), their athletes and that we cheer for everyone at the competitions. DFA is your cheer gym if you want your athlete knowing what true Sportsmanship is all about!

Absolutely love DFA and all of their staff!

My daughter started almost 3 years ago as a half year team to fill in the gap until football cheer started back up…but after that first competition season ended my daughter wanted more competition cheer, so she tried out for the full year and here we are, rocking her 3rd season with DFA and I couldn’t imagine life for my daughter without DFA!!

The staff love and protect my baby as if she was theirs…she’s made so many friends along the way! It’s been absolutely amazing for her to be around children her age (now 8 years old) that love the sport as much as she does!!
