My daughter has been attending IEGA for about a year and absolutely looks forward to her weekly class. She has had both coach Miranda and coach Michelle in the last year and has been able to connect with both of them in the process. All interactions with these coaches and the managers/front staff have always been professional, respectful and caring. Whenever I´ve needed to make changes (reschedule a class or sign up for additional activities) I have always been allowed to do so without hesitation. I appreciate that my daughter is being taught in an environment with such skilled and caring coaches. Thank you coach Miranda and coach Michelle for all you do!

I have been there twice with my granddaughter and daughter in-law to witness how my daughter in-law is treated after complaining about coach Miranda. Katie reached out and was very sweet but you can tell Miranda still has customer service issues. When my daughter in law says good evening not one response and is very rude.
