We love Modern American Cheer. The staff is so caring of our children´s needs. I have an 11 year old girl and a 5 year old boy. They are always called by their first name even though they have many athletes. We feel at home when we we enter this gym. Our family highly recommends MAC.

I WANT to give MAC 5 stars so bad bc the staff are great, train the kids well and, like someone else said, they call my kid by her name.
BUT, although the size of the new location is so much better, the parking lot is very crowded and dangerous for kids to walk through and it reeks so bad of paint chemicals in the building, that I came home still smelling like chemicals. 😬
That itself won’t stop a passionate athlete to train there if they love it, but if you add that super-long drive to get to that new location (which I personally don’t mind) and that combo might make parents rethink it. And if it’s a new kid, more likely they’ll say “adios” before they even get a chance to love it. If the parking lot was at least more organized (even with cones at least) AND that horrible paint smell (that gave me a headache and I’m an adult) was eliminated, this place would be the most powerful training establishment in South Texas and probably further.
PLEASE MAC get those 2 things fixed ASAP.
