UPDATE:
After a few weeks, the owner called and apologized profusely for our experience. He said there was some miscommunication, they had done some more training, etc. He offered another free trial class. I do appreciate him reaching out but we have already moved on to another activity. Added a star for his efforts.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
After all the positive reviews this was not at all what I expected. We took our 4 year old for the free session, fully expecting to enroll. He had spent the entire day, and the night before completely excited about the idea. We were sure this was going to be a hit. We arrived early assuming there would be some paper work to fill out. When we arrived we stood around for quite a while waiting for anybody to talk to us. Finally a young woman asked why we were there. We said we had registered for the class. She said someone would call for us at 6 by sticking their head out and saying, “6 o´clock gymnastics”. “OK…he´s four, so do we just push him through the door?”, I asked. “Yeah”, she said. OK…I suppose they know what they are doing. At 6 another young lady calls for the kids through the door as we were told would happen. We tell HER he´s never been there before, she says fine, and he walks in. He then gets grouped into a group of about 20 kids of various ages. Receives no instruction. Receives no encouragement. Is never made to feel welcome or comfortable in this new space. We are in the observation room where we are then presented paperwork and I ask the lady from the lobby, “Are they going to instruct him at all or is he just going to stand there?” She bangs on the window and points at him, so one of the girls from the class tells him it´s “his turn”…to do what…he´s not sure, neither am I, but he runs off. We start filling out the paperwork and before we´re done he has apparently exited the gym through a door to the lobby that we can´t see and made his way to the observation room where we are, without anybody noticing or caring. We turn to see him standing next to us and he says, “I´m done. Can we get in the car?”. Yes we can little man. We most certainly can. 2 Stars because it was free. We went to Get Air and had some fun.
