These guys are great! My son is 5 and he is loving his classes with Josh! You can tell Josh tries to give every kid in his class attention and help them feel included. My son is finding self-confidence and self esteem in this class and i couldn´t be more thankful

We´ve been taking classes at Rochester Parkour for several years now, our girls starting in Tiny Movers and now in Kids and Youth. It´s been a wonderful journey – the instructors are able to give a lot of individualized attention, more than at other movement activities we´ve done around Rochester, and a real sense of community develops in the process. The schedule is super flexible, too, not being locked into one time slot every week, unlike gymnastics etc. – and that means they get to work with different instructors, all of whom are great and bring different focuses. Definitely give it a try!
