I´m usually happy with the programs offered by YMCA in other locations but this one leaves little to be desired. The swim lessons were a huge waste of money. We signed my son up for a months worth of swim lessons only to have majority of the classes cancelled due to weather. Which I understand is out of their control. The issue I have is these classes are not made up or refunded in anyway. So basically, you pay for services not rendered. Attempting to get any kind of communication from them is next to impossible which is very unprofessional and only makes frustrating situations more frustrating.

During an active shooter situation today, the pool staff stayed calm and professional. They kept us up to date and moved us to the child care center who also did a great job securing everyone, remaining calm and professional. GREAT JOB!
